Respondus: Error Accessing Course List

In February 2020, Blackboard made slight changes that Respondus was unaware of. Respondus developers are investigating the issue. In the meantime, there is a workaround to publishing tests:

Go to Respondus->Preview + Publish->Publish->Publish Wizard->"Save pool to local file for manual uploading"->"Test with points" and import the local file into the Blackboard course with a standard web browser.
