Basics: Adding an Announcement

  1. Click the Create Announcement button.
  2. On the Create Announcement page, enter the announcement Subject.
  3. Type the Message.
  4. Click Submit button.

Announcements that are not date restricted can be sent as emails when posted.

  1. Attachments can be added to an announcement. Click the paperclip icon.

  2. Choose Browse My Computer or Browse Content Collection. Then Submit.

  Adding optimized photos, course links, web links, and Mashups (for video content) are other available options.
