Basics: Student Blackboard Support
STUDENTS contact the IT Support Center (ITSC) for help with Blackboard. The IT Support Center will attempt to troubleshoot the students' issues. If the representative decides it is a Blackboard matter, the student will be advised to contact the instructor. If the instructor cannot fix the issue, the instructor needs to contact the Faculty Assistance Center at (614) 287-5991 or teaching@cscc.edu.
