Basics: Locating Past Course IDs

Course IDs are necessary to course copying and data requests, especially if the course section is more than 2 years past. If materials or data are needed from course sections that are older than 2 years, a course ID is absolutely necessary to locate the section in the archive.

If the course section is 2 years or less past, course schedules going back two years are available.

Navigate to https://web.cscc.edu/courselisting/fulllist.aspx?term=24AU and insert term you need to search by replacing the last 4 characters with the year and semester of the needed course.

In the example below, the 24AU at the end of the URL would be replaced with 24SP to locate the Spring 2024 schedule:
