Basics: Downloading a Course Files Package

Downloading a course files package is a good way to save the materials used to build the course.

Go to the course and locate the Course Management menu below the Course Navigation menu.

Expand the menu to display the course ID.

Click on the course ID to display the materials uploaded to the course content areas.

Check at the bottom of the list to see if all the files are displaying. If not, select the Show All option and wait for the list to fully load. Select the check all box at the top of the file list and click Download Package.

A zip file containing the course materials will download to the computer . This package does not contain student work or student data.
