Accessibility: Ease of Access Mouse Pointers

Change Color and size
To change the color and size of the mouse pointer, select the Start button.
Select Settings > Ease of Access > Cursor & pointer size , and choose the options that work best for you.
(Windows 10 v1903 you can select from a variety of colors, or make your own.)
Pointer Trails
By adding pointer trails you can see where the mouse is moving on the screen.
Select the Start button,
Select Settings > Devices > Mouse > Additional mouse options.
In the Mouse Properties window, select the Pointer Options tab, and then Display pointer trails.

From a computer with a keyboard and a mouse
Move the mouse pointer to the upper right hand corner of the screen to reveal the charms.
Click on the 'Settings' charm – the one with the cog icon.
Click on the link 'Change PC settings'.
Click on the button 'Ease of access' (Fig 5).
Tap or click 'Mouse' in the left-hand side menu.
Tap or click the type of pointer you prefer in 'Pointer size' and 'Pointer color'

Change Color and size
To change the cursor options in Windows 7:
Choose Start, Control Panel.
In the Control Panel, choose Ease of Access.
On the next screen, click on the link that says “Change how your mouse works.”
At the top of the next window, you will find the options for changing both the size and color of your pointer.
Pointer Trails

To access more cursor options, select the Mouse settings link at the bottom of the window. The Pointer Options pane of the Mouse Properties window has options for adding a pointer trail and for playing an animation when you press the Control key on your keyboard. This animation can help you locate the pointer on the screen.
