Grade Center: View Grade History - Locating Grades for Students Who Have Dropped the Course

Go to Full Grade Center.

Locate Reports. 

From the dropdown menu select View Grade History.

From the View Grade History page, select a time range. (Found on the right side of the page.)

All student grades will display whether or not the student in question is still enrolled or not. The student's work cannot be retrieved via this method, only the grade given.
