Respondus: Server Busy Error
Respondus Import Wizard must be able to access Word in order to function.
A "Server Busy" error is often an indication this connection has not been made.
Accepted versions of Word must be 2007 or later.
The web-based Word Online in Office Live, or a network based version of Word is not supported.
Save the Word file as ".doc", ".rtf" or plain ".txt" and then import into Respondus 4.0.
