Troubleshooting: Google Chromebooks – Submit Assignment Issue

Issue Description: Students are not able to submit Assignments with Chromebooks. When submitting the Assignment, the file does not upload, and a message is displayed: "No File Chosen."

No document is uploaded and a small pop up box is displayed that says:
No File Chosen

Resolution/Workaround: Upload files from the Chromebook ‘Downloads’ folder, not from Google Drive or  download the Google doc as a Word document so it has a standard Word extension (.docx). 

Blackboard Support has declared that this will not be fixed.
