Basics: Important 6 Week Notice - Download Grade Centers
6th week of semester: All instructors will receive notification to download grades in preparation of previous semester courses disappearing from the Blackboard portal. Blackboard courses from the previous semester are accessible through the 6th week of the next semester for students who have Incompletes.
If this wasn’t done at the end of the semester, this is the last chance to download the previous semester Grade Centers before access is removed is removed from the Blackboard portal page.
7th week of semester: All previous term courses become unavailable and next term courses (if assigned) appear on Blackboard portal.
