Multimedia: Collaborate - Checking the Internet Connection Strength
If there are problems uploading or seeing files in a Collaborate session, it is possible the internet connection is not strong enough to support all the features. A weak signal will block certain functions, but not disconnect a user.
Click on the user's icon, as highlighted here in yellow.
This will open the user's panel and in the upper right corner display an icon consisting of 4 bars surrounded by an open square. In this example, it is green, indicating a strong connection. Yellow or red signals a weak connection.
Collaborate will limit a user's usage if the connection is not strong.
